Merry Christmas!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday! Today I'm back in Christmas mode, and again I'm using the fabulous Winter Wonderland papers from Relatively Thoughtful.

These papers lend themselves beautifully to Christmas cards, you are spoiled for choice for a focal point.
There are also cut-apart sheets to choose your sentiments from.
The papers are so lovely I simply added some glitter and sparkles!

And a project isn't done until you've added some sequins lol.

Here's an embellishment from the cut-apart sheet.

The papers are available from Sally's store in
A4 and

As always there is new inspiration every day in our Facebook groups, so we would love to see you over there.

Here Kitty Kitty

Good morning and a very happy Thursday! Today I'm sharing my last piece for the 31 Days of Halloween event over at Lost Coast Designs.

I started by making my background with Distress ink. How did we manage before Distress ink lol.
I  stamped the Grunge Tree and extended the edges to cover my card. Then I stamped Witch Cat for placement.

Isn't he a cutie lol.

And these are my stamps, I've only used two

Now it was time to construct my project, I've made an accordion card.

This was such fun to make!

There's still time to join in with our challenge over at Lost Coast Designs, so I hope to see you over there.

Take care and have a very happy/spooky day xx

Boo!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday!

Continuing with my Halloween theme for October, here's a Twist & Pop card made with the fabulous Too Cute To Spook collection from Relatively Thoughtful.

I bet that scared you didn't it! Wait until you see the inside.

I love making these cards, but they are usually quite small. BUT... this time I have the 12x12 collection so I've gone big (6.25 x 6.25 ish) Well it would have been rude not to!

I must admit it took a little bit of working out, but I'm very happy with the result!

Here are a few close up's

The cards are all 3x4 so just a tiny bit of trimming was needed.

The postcards are 6x4, I've just added a little bit of stamping.

And it all folds up nicely to go in an envelope.

The 12x12 collection can be found here in the store.

And if Digi is your thing, the 8x8 download can be found here.

There's new inspiration every day from my teamies in our Facebook groups, so please click the link and take a look.

Witches Go Riding

Good morning and a very happy Saturday! We're well into our 31 Days of Halloween event over at Lost Coast Designs, and now we're adding an additional challenge, Halloween featuring cats and/or dogs, (I've added spiders too!)

I started by making a background with some Distress Inks in Halloweeny colours.

And then I embossed it with a very underused embossing folder, which was then coloured with mica powders (equally underused!)

I love these stamps, they are all such fun!

I've used
Witches Go Riding (Carmen's Veranda)

As always please check out the portal every day throughout October for further inspiration from my teamies.

I'm entering my card into the Autumnal challenge over at Stamping Sensations.

Have a lovely day whatever you are doing, and thanks so much for looking x

Trick Or Treat!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. We're well into spooky  season now, and here's a cute Halloween gift bag that I've made with Relatively Thoughtfuls' Too Cute To Spook collection.

Aren't these papers gorgeous, so colourful and fun!

The papers all co-ordinate beautifully.

There are cut-apart sheets too with tags and postcards.

And every pumpkin looks better with google eyes lol.

I've used the 8x8 digital download and it can be found here in Sally's store.

Los Tres Caballeros

Good morning and a very happy Friday! I'm back with another project for the Lost Coast Designs 31 Days of Halloween event, and this time I'm sharing Los Tres Caballeros!

I started by inking up my background, then stamping Gargoyle and Gryphon and embossing in white. I also added some text from the Leonardo Accessories set. I added some colour with ink, but left the text in white.
Next, I stamped and coloured Taurus, and the words from Tres Caballeros.

These are my lovely stamps. I quite often chop my stamps up, which is why the words are separate from the images. Don't worry, if you want  Tres Caballeros it will come complete with the three men lol. I've used

I hope you've already joined in with our fun challenge, but if not, there's still plenty of time.

Quoth The Raven

Good morning and a very happy Tuesday! We're well into Halloween season now, and so here's my second piece for the Country View Crafts challenge, 'Halloween or Harvest'

I've had this 3D embossing folder for ages. I bought it just because I liked it, but Halloween seems the perfect time to use it!

I always think embossing folders show up well when used on black card.

I've used gilding waxes to add some colour (I've always been a bit heavy-handed with these lol)
Then I've just added some Tim Holtz Paper Dolls, die cuts, ephemera, and a little bit of stamping with a Carmen's Veranda stamp.
You'll find all things Halloween here in the store.
I hope you like my card, and that you join in with our fun challenge!
Have a great day, and thanks so much for looking x

Walking In A Winter Wonderland

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. Today I'm taking a break from Halloween and moving right into Christmas!

I thought I would go big with this one as the Winter Wonderland papers are so beautiful (and it gives me a chance to play with artificial snow)

Just look at this beautiful owl!

And the collection comes with sentiments too!

You can find the collections here in the store in A4, 12x12, and digital format.

Once A Badass

Good morning and a very happy Saturday! Here's my second spooky piece for Lost Coast Designs' annual 31 Days Of Halloween event.

I started by making a background in Halloween colours. I know it's a bit rough but it will all be OK in the end lol.

Then I stamped the wonderful Skulls And Bones Background and embossed it in black. This is such a fun stamp!

He's such a cutie isn't he, this is Evil Eye!

Here are the stamps that I've used

Evil Eye and Carmen's Veranda

I hope you're joining us every day over on the Portal for inspiration from all of my teamies.

Take care and have a spooky week! x
