Let It Snow

Good morning and a very happy Sunday!

Well, we are now into November, so it's definitely nearly Christmas lol.

I love the Winter Wonderland collection, and I definitely will be making a mini album with it. The soft colour palette and watercolour look is just beautiful!

I added some stencilling and a little bit of glitter.

Look at these gorgeous colours!

You have to use a bit of glitter at Christmas right?

You can find the collections here in the store in A412x12, and digital format.

Merry Christmas!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday! Today I'm back in Christmas mode, and again I'm using the fabulous Winter Wonderland papers from Relatively Thoughtful.

These papers lend themselves beautifully to Christmas cards, you are spoiled for choice for a focal point.
There are also cut-apart sheets to choose your sentiments from.
The papers are so lovely I simply added some glitter and sparkles!

And a project isn't done until you've added some sequins lol.

Here's an embellishment from the cut-apart sheet.

The papers are available from Sally's store in
A4 and

As always there is new inspiration every day in our Facebook groups, so we would love to see you over there.

Walking In A Winter Wonderland

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. Today I'm taking a break from Halloween and moving right into Christmas!

I thought I would go big with this one as the Winter Wonderland papers are so beautiful (and it gives me a chance to play with artificial snow)

Just look at this beautiful owl!

And the collection comes with sentiments too!

You can find the collections here in the store in A4, 12x12, and digital format.

Last Push Friday - Again!

I made a resolution to not leave my Christmas cards to the last minute this year, but it seems like I fell at the first fence. I really wanted to enter Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge last week as it was downloads, and I'd got this fab couple of sheets from Art From The Heart last year. But as usual I left it too late...
BUT this weeks challenge is 'creatures' so I'm still OK :o) My apologies for the rubbish photo but I've tried it all over the house and this is the best I can do.
The backing papers are all AFTH, and the card is 8x8. The sentiment is printed on Safmat and says 'To the rest of the world we are a normal family' Definitely one for my sister next Christmas.
I'm also entering this into Winter Wonderland's challenge which is 'It's begining to look a lot like Christmas', and Sketch Saturdays sketch challenge.
Thanks very much for looking and have a great weekend x

A 3fer Christmas Card

Wayhey it's the middle of January and I'm still sticking to my resolution to be more organised next Christmas.  My Christmas card has been made using the Penny Black stamp of hedgehogs (ahhh) with Paws for the Winter Wonderland challenge. I've also used the Penny Black  recipe, and used patterned paper, 3 buttons, twine and a charm. and finally the design is from Sketch Saturday (this is turning into an Oscar acceptance speech, and here I am sitting in my nighty :o)  ) I've had these papers for a couple of years and can't remember where they came from, but the colours are really fresh and cheerful. Hedgie's have been coloured in Prisma and Promarkers with the obligatory Christmas glitter.
The buttons have been cut using a Martha Stewart punch, this is really nice 'cos it embosses and cuts the thread holes at the same time.
I really liked making this card, just hopes the glue hangs in there till Christmas!
Thanks very much for looking and enjoy your Sunday x
