Oh look it's that stamp again lol. This is one of my favourite Paper Artsy stamps, and I've not used it for ages. The grungy looking background is in fact Paper Artsy numbers stamped and embossed and then the background coloured in with chalk inkpads then embossed again.The main image has been coloured with distress inks, and the number seven has been painted with gold paint dabber then embossed till it bubbled and fizzed!!
