Hi and welcome to May! With any luck the April showers are long behind us, and it's time for the May Flowers. The new challenge at Country View Crafts has been chosen by Christine (Craftyfield), and she has gone for 'Use a Stencil'
It's an extra special challenge this month as alongside our challenge we are also running a Blog Hop with a Sizzix Big Shot Machine & Die Bundle as the prize. To enter you must be a follower of our Challenge Blog and hop along to each of our Desing Team Members blogs and leave a comment.
We will still be running our normal monthly challenge, and those who link their Use A Stencil project will also be entered into our £20 voucher draw. The winners will be picked at random in early June. So hop on over to Christine's 1st Project - Use A Stencil.

But before you do, here's mine lol.
I started with my favourite PaperArtsy Fresco Paints in Bougainvillea, Bubble Gum, and Banana and an old credit card.
Then some Limelight Fresco, and a couple of Dylusion stencils.
More stencilling and we have this - not brilliant at all but I'm not giving up 'cos there are bits I like.
I stamped my face in the centre, it's an old Stamp Man stamp that had never seen ink. It didn't show up too well but at least I knew where to put the paint for her face. She's been coloured in Blush Fresco.
More stencilling now with PaperArtsy stencils and Portfollio pastels just used neat to give a nice chunky edge.
Then the scary stamping of the sentiment (it could all go horribly wrong at this point) with a Dylusion alphabet.
All done, and I'm quite pleased with the result.
So next on your hop is Evelyn.
Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog for a chance to win the fabulous Sixxix bundle.
