Good morning and a very happy Monday, I hope you have enjoyed your weekend! Today I'm over at the Lost Coast Designs Portal To Creativity with my trio of Rolodex cards for our Mini Me challenge.
There's just something about these stamps that make me smile!
I started by cutting the backgrounds for my Rolodex, and then stamping with Distress Oxides. The bottom one reminds me of one of my favourite Basic Grey papers, so I was well pleased!
Then I stamped and coloured my wonderful monkeys.
We have Flying Monkey on a Chickenwire background.
Three Monkeys on the Bubbles Border, and
The very handsome Matador Monkey on the Old Typewriter Alphabet.
These are the backgrounds
Large Chickenwire
Bubbles Border
Old Typewriter Alphabet
And here are the images and sentiments
Three Monkeys and from Carmen's Veranda
Flying Monkey
Matador Monkey and
Clear words and phrases
I hope you like them, and that you join in with our fun challenge. Just remember that it's a mini challenge, ATC's shrink plastic etc, and real stamping must be used.
Take care, and thanks so much for looking x
Fabulous pieces Sue! Have a great week, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteSue you are always so inventive with your index cards I'd love to see all you have created since you first began them, I can imagine your rolodex is bulging full of creativity. I've always loved that flying Flash Gordon monkey but i've never seen the see no, hear no speak no Trio.. they remind me of my three (not so little monkeys) Fab fab & fab some more.
ReplyDeleteNow it's way past my bedtime, night night Hugs Tracey xx
