Elementary My Dear Watson

Good morning and a very happy Sunday! Today I'm sharing a loaded pocket made with one of my favourite new paper collections Sherlock Holmes from Relatively Thoughtful.
I do love all the old Sherlock Holmes films and television series, but I must confess that the latest BBC one is my favourite. Andrew Scott as Moriarty is just perfect!

The collection is full of backing papers and cut-apart sheets with images and sentiments.
Of course, I had to use a Papercrafting With Paul tutorial to make my stuffed pocket. This was so user-friendly - nice easy measurements lol. I'll put Paul's links at the end. This is the front with two pockets.
And this is the back with a picture of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle himself.
These are three photo mats that fit into the wallet
And these are the backs. As you can see, Relatively Thoughtful now has stamps - whoo-hoo!!
I made some tags and journalling cards from the cut-apart sheets.
These just fit into the pockets on the front. Is that a bloody handprint that I see.....
Yup, the photo mats fit perfectly. I love these boarders from the cut -apart sheets.
After 'Elementary my dear Watson' this is the quote that I always remember from Holmes.
Here's the very dashing Sherlock Holmes.
And the equally handsome Dr Watson.
As always the collection is available in both digital and paper format.

Bad Witches Only!

Good morning and a very spooky Sunday! Aren't these the cutest  Halloween papers that you've ever seen? It's the Halloween Happiness collection from Relatively Thoughtful.

Today I'm sharing one of my favourite card styles, as designed by the wonderful Paul Ford (Papercrafting With Paul), which is the Floating Hexagon.
I love how this style really shows off the papers.
I fell in love with this one as I used to have a white can when I was little.
And what's not to love about bats?
I would love to be a bad witch, but I think I'd be more of a well-meaning but clumsy one lol.
There's so much dimension to it, yet it all folds flat into a standard sized envelope.
As always the collection comes in both digital and paper formats, and can be found here in Sally's store.
And Paul's Facebook page and YouTube links can be found here.
Have a very happy day, and thanks so much for looking xx

Twit Twoo!!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. Today I've been playing with the beautiful new Autumn Glow collection from Relatively Thoughtful

I'm a massive fan of Paul Lang-Ford (Papercrafting With Paul) and when I saw his new tutorial for the WV fold card I knew that I wanted to give it a try. I'll put links to his Facebook page and YouTube at the bottom.
I started by choosing my papers and making the panels. The card fits perfectly into a 7x5 envelope.

You can see why it's called a WV card. Though in my head it will always be a VW - you can guess what car we used to drive!
Aren't these owls gorgeous? As with all of Sally's kits there are loads of cut apart sheets.
Are you looking at me???
Whoooo me!!

I gave the owls a coat of Gloss Mod Podge, which does exactly what it says on the tin. They are really shiny and quite sturdy now!
You wouldn't mess with this guy, would you!

As always the collection is available in both digital and A4 formats.
