It's the most magical time of the year.....
when Tim does his 12 days of tags. I've never even attempted these as they look sooooo complicated, but this year I've got a couple of days off (maybe more if it keeps on snowing:o) so I'm going to try and give 'em a go.
I havn't got any cut and dry felt, so I had to improvise with an old sanding block and some ordinary felt to make my inkpad, and it worked fine. It's a brilliant technique so of course I've ordered the real deal (at 8.30 this morning - I bet you can't get hold of this now for love nor money :o) )
I've had to play a few substitutes with the stamps, but I'm pretty pleased with the result - in fact it's the first time I've actually enjoyed making something in ages, and that is what it's all about isn't it!
I'm entering this into the Simon Says Stamp And Show challenge which is tags, and also linking it to Artyjen's Tim's Splinter Group.
I wonder what Himself has got in store for us tomorrow, I for one can't wait to see.
Thanks very much for looking x

Your tag is terrific! I am with you on the excitement the 12 tags create. I have been doing them since Tim started and I still never have the stuff I need. The thing is it doesn't matter. It is all about having fun creating!!See you tomorrow.

Brilliant improvisation for the stamp pad, I don't have any cut 'n' dry felt either so I'll definitely try your idea, I really want to have a go with this technique, thank you.
