Good afternoon and happy Tuesday. It's a really grey day here, warm but no sunshine at all - August eh! Happy Little Stampers have an ATC challenge running, and the theme this time is 'doodling' I love to see doodling, but the reason I have more than a few (waaaaay more unless Neil is looking) rubber stamps is that I can't draw, and I can't doodle at. all.! It's no use saying that everyone can draw, and it's only practice blah blah 'cos I really can't. I did a well known 30 day course, and the difference between day 1 and day 30 was zip, zilch, nada, noooo difference at all. I have a cup that my son bought for my birthday with a face on it that I drew on a course - you know when something is sooo bad that the tutor has to mutter and move on - well this stares at me every day as I eat my tea. I would show you but it would break the internet...
Anyway what's a challenge if not challenging, so here are my doodles (be grateful it's only ATC size :-) )
Even Pic Monkey is having a laugh, it's telling me that my 'masterpiece has been saved' The lovely stamps are from AALL & Create, the doodles are all mine lol.
I'm also linking this to Simon Says Stamp Monday's ATC challenge.
Have a great week, and thanks very much for looking xx
Tracy's stamps look fab on your ATC Sue, what do you mean can't doodle? Pull the other one, I've seen your dots & dabs ;) Good luck in the challenge it's a beaut.. Hugs Tracey xx

Looks like great doodles to me and I think the idea of doodling is to just enjoy whatever and where ever your fingers take you.
ReplyDeleteWonderful and fun yours look
Love Chrissie xx
Brilliant Sue and great doodling. Have a lovely crafty week, Angela xXx
ReplyDeleteHa ha you crack me up Sue!! Everyone CAN draw, I firmly believe that, you just need to find something you feel comfortable drawing. Fab ATC too....your doodling is top notch ;)

The ATC is delightful. I think we all tell ourselves we can't draw but try observational drawing rather than draw out io your head, keep it simple and see what happens. Xxx
ReplyDeleteAbsolute beauty!! Love this ATC so much Sue, great many layers and beautiful stamping.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ATC, Thank you for Joining us at Happy Little stampers and waiting to see next time.

I think you're doodling looks fab. I love the bright colours too. Thank you for playing along at the Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge xx
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! What an absolutely enjoyable post! I think your ATC is pretty dang incredible, so I'm afraid that I disagree with your claim of non-doodler-ship. Your birds are adorable and what I really liked was the high entertainment value of your writing! I am a lit nerd, so I love it when art is beautiful and writing is witty and you nailed both! Thank you so much for sharing your skills with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
ReplyDeleteLove the background and your birds!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing with Happy Little Stampers!
