The challenge at Indigo Blu this month is Going for Gold, so here's my bit of gold.
I started with the pocket watch from the MDF Man and gave it a coat of gold paint. Then loads of Kroma Crackle mixed with some gold too. Then a layer of Slap it On to hold it all down, and finally different shades of Treasure Gold.
You can see the texture here but it's hanging in there because of the Slap it On. My white rabbit is from the Alice 1 plate.
Alice and white rabbit have been coloured with Distress Markers.
Curiouser and Curiouser is also from the same plate. It's been stamped onto a Tim Holtz fragment charm, and the back has had gilding flakes applied.
I've put a piece of acetate on the back so I could attach the charm and clock hands.
The 6 and 12 have been stamped onto cork stickers and are from the Circus Alphabet.
Hope you like my curious pocket watch, and thanks very much for looking x
A wonderful Alice themed creation.
